Juneau – Fireweed Place

(Multiple Vacancies) One Bedroom units. Fireweed Place – Senior Housing. Occupancy is restricted to all seniors 55 years of age or older and who are non-smokers.   Fireweed Place is not assisted living. The rent charge is $1175 for a One Bedroom, and $1200 for a One Bedroom plus. Tenant pays electricity, internet and telephone. This is a  Fair Market Rent Building/ we do accept Section 8. This unit has electric heat and hot water, full kitchen, handicapped accessible apartment and building. Building has elevator.
