For over 25 years, we at Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority have helped hundreds of hard-working, low and middle income families and elders across Southeast Alaska find affordable solutions to their housing needs. Within this site, you will find descriptive details of the many services and programs available at the Housing Authority. You will learn about our program and services funding sources, eligibility requirements, program purpose and the tools necessary to apply and determine your eligibility. Each program has it's own set of rules and requirements for eligibility criteria and some of our programs give preference to Alaska Native and American Indian applicants. These programs are clearly defined within our website while other programs are available equally to all qualified applicants regardless of ethnicity.

We look forward to serving you, helping you in this big decision to buy a home or rent from one of our many quality places, answer your questions, provide alternatives and options and the opportunity to say... Home Opportunity Program in full swing...
