Frequently Asked Question

THRHA purchased Glacier Village Subdivision in 2000. The subdivision is located off of Valley Boulevard in Juneau’s Mendenhall Valley. The first phase of 25 single-family homes was completed in June of 2003. Recognizing the increasing severity of demand for affordable housing in the community the THRHA continued with the development of Phase II, even without this vital funding source, in order to stay on schedule. This also makes the project unique since 25 families will be able to move into new homes within five months of the award of funding estimated as early as July 2004.

Question: Q: THRHA's website appears all bunched up, why does it do this?
Answer: A: Our website was designed with users viewing our pages at 800px X 600px resolution or higher. While it will handle 640x480, the center area or "content" area of the webpage will shrink and provide you horizontal and vertical scroll bars to navigate with.
