Fair Market Rental Program (Open Rent)

What is it?

Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority has continued to work hard for the Southeast Alaska to work with all of community members. Our Fair Market program is a straight forward and non subsidized program that offers fair market rentals to all qualifying peoples. Currently we offer several apartment complexes in Juneau including the Seabreaze -Plex, Timber Manor, Tongass Place and Treadwell Apartments. This program is open to all applicants in the City and Borough of Juneau area.

Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority's fair market rental program is very straight forward and does not contain any preference qualfiers such as ethnicity, median income percentages or other program limiters. Instead this program is available to the general public in Juneau

We strongly encourage you to fill out the application first since much of the answers we'll have for you are based on information provided to us from your application. You can deliver your application and associate required information (indicated above) to our main office at 5446 Jenkins Drive, Juneau Alaska 99801. You can also mail it to us at P.O. Box 32237, Juneau Alaska 99803-2237. You can also fax it to us at (907) 780-6895. Make sure you review your application in it's entirety and that you've included all necessary information, especially your signature before submitting it to us. Failure to do so may result in a longer processing time.
