Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority strives to provide the best of services by continually updating and improving it's web site features. All content governing and presiding on it's web pages is the sole property of Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority. Forms for contacting us, applications for our housing programs, multimedia and photography are present on this site to provide our clients with educational benefits, application assistance and tools for our programs. THRHA does not tolerate any abuse of this site or tools of any kind and will prosecute violators to the extent of the law whenever possible. The term "abuse" refers to the use of inappropriate foul, sexual, political or otherwise explicit language or content; misuse of tools and features available on this website; inappropriate use of messaging systems including our Email forms; unauthorized downloading and usage of any THRHA web content without prior written and explicit approval by its owners.

Program Applications Terms of Use:

Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority staff works very hard with our various programs to provide our clients with the best in affordable housing solutions. Use of any of our applications and forms is governed by our terms of use in addition to existing terms of use applicable to the program or service you are applying for. By this terms of use agreement which you are bound to by use of THRHA property, you agree to provide accurate, truthful and detailed information about yourself and family where it is required on any form including but not limited to your household income, number of dependants, social security information, criminal history and other relevant application data. .

Failure at anytime to be completely forthcoming and accurate in submission of application information or information provided to THRHA staff through the application process and beyond will result in forfeiture of program qualifications, immediate termination of establish funding or occupancy, restitution to this organization in full for any funds disbursed and possible civil and criminal prosecution where applicable.

Security:

Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority, as proprietor of www.thrha.org has taken a number of steps to safeguard the integrity of its data and prevent unauthorized access to information that is maintained within our computer systems.
