With Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority administration's versatile staff, we provide support and direction to all other departments that comprise the housing authority. Our Executive Director Dr. Blake Y. Kazama and his assistant Veronica Hoyle, provide provide inspirational and political support while maintaining a formidable presence in Washington DC for lobbying of legislation that supports the housing authority's vast initiatives. Our Administrative Officer Kathy Hansen, provides daily direction of administrative operations and staff support providing both immediate policy and long term vision for operations. Our Business Manager Ed Phillips, secures the funding to keep Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority operational and fully funded. He also oversees and coordinates with departments on expenditures and allocation for additional funds. Our Communications Specialist Judy Mason, shares our many accomplishments with our clients, tribal and business partners and the entire Southeast Alaska Community. She provides the publications that comprise the quarterly and annual reports as well as our monthly news letter and executive summaries. Our Planner Robin Sahnow, investigates new properties and locations for new programs and possibilities. Our Webmaster & Database Specialist Richard Sheridan, provides deployment of information electronically to our clients, tribal & business partners, tribal members and the community. He is also responsible for development and deployment of technology for centralization of our data and efficiency for which is accessed. Our Property Technician Fred Hopkins, is in charge of acquisition and maintenance of the tools and equipment required by administrative staff to perform their duties. Fred also lends his assistance to other facility-based tasks and is an accomplished equipment operator. Most importantly is our Receptionist Angela Goetz who not only answers all incoming callers and direct them to appropriate staff, she is also an expert is assisting clients with disseminating information on our various programs and services.
