As a member of the Tax Credit/Home Program team; my duties include assisting our Tax Credit Specialists with the maintenance of Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) waiting lists and applicant/tenant files. I assist in determining initial eligibility of applicants and help develop, update and maintain LIHTC Program policies and procedures in accordance with the appropriate Tax Credit guidelines. I help with any necessary clerical duties and assist with providing general information about our LIHTC Program to potential tenants. Finally I assist in the enforcement of the Tax Credit Program procedures in maintaining accurate tenant accounting records and counseling efforts in conjunction with the denial or acceptance of waitlist procedures. I keep full communication with waitlist applicants. My communication with tenants is typically in regards to re-certification documentation or delinquent accounts. I am a recent graduate of Ft. Lewis College in 2009 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Marketing Optional
