About

As the DCM Environmental Specialist, I conduct environmental reviews and/or assessments on all projects. I also research and apply for grant funding for training and monitors such grants, receives and reviews certified payrolls and keeps records on all temporary employees and assists other staff during special projects. Additional responsibilities include performing environmental reviews and maintain records to comply with THRHA policy, HUD, and State regulations; maintaining files for certified payrolls from contractors; maintaining OSHA reporting logs and safety procedures; maintaining personnel records file on temporary employees; working with THRHA Insurance Adjuster’s office for Workers Comp and health and safety reporting procedures; I seek funding opportunities for environmental training and programs, and health & safety training for THRHA employees; and I assist DCM and the Maintenance Department staff with special projects, and other duties as assigned.
