As Property/Supply Coordinator for T-HRHA, I have the privilege of overseeing multiple areas of property maintenance and management for T-HRHA, my favorite part is working with the local Tribes and Tribal members, and especially the Elders. As the Property Maintenance /Supply Coordinator, l serve as the liaison to tenants and vendors, provide support and supervision to the local Field Representatives, and assure that the local Field Representatives receive viable training to meet T-HRHA resident satisfaction and resident retention goals; Maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the site; Ensuring that the entire service team, including contractors, adheres to service standards set by T-HRHA; , and how they best fit into the operations needs of the property. and manage the Repair & Maintenance database. Since T-HRHA’s inception, the primary goal has been to set a high standard for property management.
