She is a Tlingit from Angoon and resides in Juneau. Ella is the Manager of Shareholder Records at Sealaska Corporation. She also serves on the Executive Committee of the Tlingit and Haida Indians of City & Borough of Juneau. She is serving her second term.
James Thomas, Secretary/Treasurer
He is a Tlingit from Craig. He is a retired commercial fisherman. He serves as a Tlingit and Haida Delegate, a member of Craig Community Council, Craig ANB, and serves on the Craig Youth Center Board. He is serving his third term.
Martha Johnson, Commissioner
She is a Tlingit born and raised in Ketchikan.
She is recently retired from her employment with Ketchikan Indian Community. She is active in the Native community and serving her first term.
Richard George, Commissioner
He is a Tlingit from Angoon. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Kootznoowoo, serves on Angoon City Council, a Director of the Inside Passage Electrical Authority Cooperative, and a Tlingit and Haida Delegate. He is serving his first term.
