This year has marked more programs, services and clients for us at Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority as we continue to grow and learn. Our goal is always to provide affordable housing solutions to the individuals and families of Southeast Alaska and we relish the smiles of all the faces we have helped. We will continue to grow in the manner by finding new funding sources and offering more programs.

Currently, the HOME Opportunity Program or HOP is now going full steam ahead this spring. The HOME Opportunity Program provides qualified low-income families (both native and non-native) with down payment and closing cost assistance on the purchase of their home here in Southeast Alaska.
